The original plan was textbook: two ADA buses, window perf installs scheduled for Thursday morning, and everything prepped for delivery to our installer in New Jersey via UPS overnight. But by Wednesday, tracking showed the package stranded at a Bayonne, NJ distribution hub—projected delivery: 12:00 p.m. Thursday. That was the exact hour of install.

With no guarantee the package would move in time, we hit the red alert button. New prints were rushed, flights were booked, and one of us boarded a red-eye from PDX to Philly—graphics in hand.

Install began as planned at the 13th Street tunnel beneath the Pennsylvania Convention Center with the first bus from Sterling Shuttles. The graphics needed modification on the passenger side to accommodate an accessibility door, and our installer worked to ensure a clean visual.

The second bus rolled in shortly thereafter and was wrapped in time for its 2:00 p.m. shuttle launch. Despite the curveballs, both vehicles were branded and on the road exactly when they needed to be. Big thanks to the Kushner team and to Sterling Shuttles for another memorable event.
