IDDBA 2025

Several King Wraps.
One Mouthwatering Show.

New Orleans in June. Tradeshow season in full swing. And a city known for its food is hosting an event for the food industry? Count us in.

You could say the International Deli Dairy & Bakers Association Show 2025 was a natural fit—and is always one of our favorite shows to visit (for obvious reasons). Held June 1–3 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, the IDDBA show brought together top names in sweets, snacks, and savory food.

Our job? Help Hershey’s and Reese’s make a bold first impression the moment attendees stepped onto the shuttle. With two massive “King Kong” wraps spanning the passenger side of key shuttle buses, a third bus outfitted with a branded banner, and hundreds of seatback headrest covers, this project had all the ingredients of a standout sponsorship campaign.

Execution & Results

This was our second major install in New Orleans in a single month—coming right off the heels of AACN 2025. Fortunately, we were able to partner with a trusted local installer who managed the pickup of graphics from the NOLA Delta Cargo hub and coordinated a smooth install at Limo Livery’s accessible and accommodating bus yard.

Given the classic New Orleans weather—humid, sticky, and hovering in the mid-90s—we prioritized evening installs and worked under covered areas to preserve vinyl integrity. Both king wraps went on without issue, and the installer later returned for removal post-event, closing things out cleanly.

Meanwhile, hundreds of branded headrest covers were placed by shuttle staff inside the buses. Each featured a splash of pink and a callout to a specific booth on the tradeshow floor promoting a cake pop giveaway that had guests curious well before they arrived.

Innovating on a classic approach, Hershey’s and Reese’s opted to include a QR code in their wrap designs. But initial tests on window perf showed the codes weren’t scanning. To fix it, we quickly printed and supplied custom stickers on an alternate material—ensuring functionality without sacrificing design integrity.

This was a seamless collaboration with Kushner & Associates and a real pleasure to coordinate with Eric Windstein and the Limo Livery team—both of whom brought energy and flexibility to the table. For a show all about indulgence and visibility, this one delivered both.
