IFPA 2025
Making Sponsors Shine at the IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show
Each fall, the IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show brings the biggest names in produce and floral marketing to one place. For 2025, that place was Anaheim, California, and Ballyhoo was brought in by The Convention Store to make sure sponsor visibility rolled into town right alongside the delegates. The job involved coordinating twenty-three buses from six different companies spread across Southern California, each one needing to carry sponsor graphics that looked fresh before the first shuttle buses arrived at their pickup points.
The challenge was as much logistical as it was visual. Our Anaheim install team was routing between three different yards over a two-day window, working to a clock that stretched from sunrise through late-night drives across the city. Meanwhile, Ballyhoo’s operations crew was managing two other national projects at the exact same time, one preparing sponsored corporate shuttles for the Formula 1 race in Austin, Texas, and another with forty sponsor ribbons being applied to the shuttle fleet for the AAO 2025 conference in Orlando, Florida. Attention to detail and constant communication were essential.

Results & Outcome
The next morning, as the sun came up over the Anaheim Convention Center, the installers were already on site for American Transportation. Five motorcoaches lined up at six a.m., each getting its Fresh from Florida or Easterday Produce ribbon while the show’s shuttle routes came to life around them. By mid-morning the team was headed to Avalon Transportation’s yard in Orange, where two more buses were ready to be wrapped. The last two vehicles belonged to Intermex, originally scheduled for a long drive east to San Bernardino, but thanks to a quick pivot from The Convention Store, those buses were rerouted to Anaheim and finished early on the morning of the seventeenth.
When the show wrapped two days later, the same precision applied in reverse. As shuttles pulled behind the Convention Center after the final run, the installers were already staged to remove the graphics, clean the surfaces, and dispose of all materials before the last bus rolled out.
The result was that in three days, across six companies and twenty-three vehicles there were no missed departures or graphics left behind. The buses carried bright, brand-clean designs for Fresh from Florida, Easterday Produce, and Gem Pack Berries, all visible throughout Anaheim’s shuttle corridors during one of the largest produce and floral trade shows in the world.
