The MLB Players Party is where baseball’s biggest names go to celebrate off the field—and when they show up, the visuals matter. For the 2025 MLB All Star event in Atlanta, organizers needed a fast, polished way to brand the Sprinter vans transporting athletes and VIPs across the city. It had to look good curbside, apply fast, and disappear cleanly after the five-hour event. Branded magnets were the answer. We made sure they arrived on time—and then some.

Execution & Results
We produced eight sleek, high-strength magnetic graphics, precision-cut to fit Sprinter van door panels without interfering with handles or hardware. Each magnet carried the Players Party branding.
Then came the curveball: the final batch of four magnets was approved just 48 hours before the fleet needed to roll out. We scrambled. Rush-ordered the magnetic media; printed into the night; packed and shipped the next morning via SSDSW (secret same day shipping weapon), getting the graphics cross-country just in time to meet the client before wheels-up to Atlanta.
The result? A professional, high-impact look without a full wrap—installed in seconds, removed without a trace. When athletes stepped out, the ride looked the part.
