Riskworld is the Super Bowl of risk management events, drawing thousands of insurance and corporate risk professionals from around the globe. For the 2025 show in Chicago, we partnered for the third year running with The Convention Store to deliver a sponsor-forward fleet branding experience that could match the scale and speed of the show itself.
Our mission: Install 46 sponsor ribbons across five separate shuttle vendors spread across the city—in a 24-hour window—without disrupting the event’s high-volume transit flow.

How It All Went Down
The sheer logistical calculus of navigating between bus yards scattered across the Chicago metro—sometimes crawling through rush hour traffic, other times installing in pitch-black depots long past midnight—only added to the complexity. The job posed its share of last-minute curveballs, including vehicle breakdowns, last-minute substitutions, and more.
We pre-labeled every decal, adapted our install plan by the hour, and stayed in constant communication with dispatchers and show organizers to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. The goal wasn’t just to install graphics—it was to make the process look effortless to everyone else.
In the end, every sponsor got their moment, every bus rolled out on time, and no one missed a beat. This was our third year handling RIMS with The Convention Store, and easily one of the most complex. But it’s what we do best: move fast, think ahead, and make it all look easy.
