From Ideation to Install

At Ballyhoo, we live in that in-between space where graphics, marketing, and logistics meet. We’re not just printing banners—we’re routing files to multiple installers, confirming bus arrival times at depots across three states, and making sure the client’s brand standards still hold up when scaled to 40 feet long and viewed at 60 miles per hour.

Here’s what that looks like in the real world:

We start with a quick conversation to understand what you're up against and what you're trying to achieve. Need a quote? Advice? Quick turnaround? We’ll meet you where you are.
Send us your files, or we’ll build something from scratch. Either way, you’ll get proofs tailored to your layout, vehicle, or space. No guesswork, no surprises.
Once approved, we fire up our HP printers. Our team runs color-accurate, large-format production using proven materials (3M, Avery, and others)—prepped for indoor, outdoor, or mobile exposure. We juggle overlapping timelines, late-breaking changes, and reprints on the fly. We source materials, queue press runs, color-match across batches, and keep everything moving—on time and on spec. Our production team runs wide-format equipment daily and knows how to hit critical deadlines without cutting corners.

Every project has a point person. We’re in the loop with your marketing team, install crew, venue manager, and sometimes even the bus yard. Whether we’re leading install day logistics or managing a coast-to-coast shipment schedule, our job is to keep everyone aligned—and everything on track.

We handle delivery, freight, install schedules, and vendor coordination—so you don’t have to. 
We know how to pack and ship graphics that span 40 feet or wrap around an entire fleet. Whether it’s overnighting headrest covers to a trade show or crating routed signs for long-haul delivery, we’ll spec the right materials, protect the product, and choose a freight partner that won’t let us—or you—down.

For installs that matter, we’re on-site—or virtually coordinating—to make sure nothing gets missed. We pre-label graphics by panel and side. We send install guides, confirm surfaces are prepped, and follow up with photo documentation. We can even stage installs overnight to avoid disruption.

Sometimes a sponsor drops. Or adds. Or sends you the wrong logo five hours before install. We build contingency into our process—and into our mindset. We’re used to jumping through hoops and solving problems quietly so the client never feels the chaos.
We keep a clean archive of your files, specs, and install notes—so the next job is even faster. Need reprints? Expansion? A new location? You’re already in the system.
