For the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) 2025 Conference in San Diego, we transformed a luxury SUV fleet into a high-impact branding campaign—12 Cadillac Escalades wrapped front to back with bold sponsor graphics, plus a fleet of ribbon-wrapped shuttles that kept HR professionals engaged from start to finish.

For ADA 2025 in Chicago, Ballyhoo partnered with Kushner & Associates and JPD Graphics to install 20 sponsor ribbon graphics across multiple shuttle fleets for Freestyle Libre.

46 sponsor ribbons. 5 shuttle vendors. 24 hours on the clock. We worked overnight across greater Chicago to brand fleets with The Convention Store for RIMS 2025—our third year running.

We prototyped, produced, and overnighted custom headrest covers for the San Jose Earthquakes' charter flights just in time for the team's first away game of the 2025-26 MLS season.

Several King wraps. One mouthwatering show. For the 2025 IDDBA in New Orleans, we partnered with Kushner and Limo Livery to give Hershey’s and Reese’s a presence as irresistible as the products on display.

With dozens of ribbons and a King wrap in the mix, we moved fast and installed clean. Partnering with Kushner, Lewis Coaches, and Limo Livery, we brought sponsor branding to life for leading med tech firms—just in time for thousands of nurses to descend on New Orleans for AACN’s biggest event of the year.
A nod to speed, heritage, and clean design. We produced custom runner decals for a limited 914 Porsche campaign with Whitsell Design Group and 914Rubber—sleek accents for a car that doesn’t need to shout to turn heads.

From Brazil to the Blacktop. Year after year, Ipiranga made waves at the NACS Show with vibrant, full-fleet wraps that brought Brazilian flair to the streets of Chicago, Philly, Vegas, and Atlanta. We helped them turn heads—and corner the convenience store crowd.
From HR to Hero Mode. At SHRM in Chicago, we wrapped long-nose charter buses with Paycom’s app and their secret weapon—Shemar Moore, the star of CBS's SWAT. Instead of a gun, his holster held the app. Clever? Definitely. Memorable? You bet. (Keep an eye out this year—we're wrapping 12 Escalades.)
From Search Bar to Vegas Strip. For a major Vegas event, we helped Google put its name in motion with a clean, high-visibility shuttle ribbon campaign—proving even subtle graphics can go the distance.
From Fantasy to Front Row. For Prime Video's new series Carnival Row, we wrapped a Comic-Con San Diego shuttle in dark, moody fantasy tones—but the real twist was inside. Custom headrest covers split riders into factions: humans on one side, creatures on the other. A clever campaign that turned transit into theater.
