Here we highlight the partnerships, challenges, and creative solutions that have defined Ballyhoo’s work across industries this year so far.

For the largest annual gathering of kidney professionals, we partnered with SEAT Planners to deliver four full Natera-branded bus wraps that turned heads across Houston. These bold green coaches became instant moving landmarks for Natera at ASN Kidney Week 2025, shuttling attendees between venues with medical-grade polish.
For the world’s biggest attractions and entertainment show, we produced 15 sponsor ribbons across two transportation yards on behalf of The Convention Store. Nutmeg used the fleet to spotlight their interactive wayfinding and AI guest-experience solutions, tech-forward messaging designed to meet a massive global audience.
Kushner & Associates tapped us to handle five sponsor ribbons across two motorcoach yards for the American Heart Association’s marquee annual meeting. High-impact, short-term graphics gave sponsors visibility on the busiest shuttle routes of the week while keeping everything on track for early-morning attendee movement across the city.
For one of the largest print industry gatherings on the calendar, we supported Kushner & Associates and Fujifilm with sixteen sponsor ribbons installed across three yards surrounding the Orange County Convention Center. The fleet spotlighted Fujifilm’s tradeshow exhibits and helped drive traffic to their booth.
This year, we partnered with the amazing teams at WTS and Elevate to produce sponsor wraps for Brex and RW Baird at the U.S. Grand Prix — three Ford Transit vans and one Jeep Wagoneer, each finished with clean, high-contrast graphics that stood out in the Circuit of the Americas shuttle fleet.

The result was a seamless attendee experience in an imaginative setting.
In mid-September, Ballyhoo teamed up with The Convention Store and Village Travel to install seven short sponsorship ribbons for Samsara during the National Safety Council’s annual conference in Denver. From HR to Hero Mode. At SHRM in Chicago, we wrapped long-nose charter buses with Paycom’s app and their secret weapon—Shemar Moore, the star of CBS's SWAT. Instead of a gun, his holster held the app. Clever? Definitely. Memorable? You bet. (Keep an eye out this year—we're wrapping 12 Escalades.)
